These Terms of Use apply to the Awakening Earth website, Awakening Earth Radio mobile application, podcasts, articles, music, community spaces and associated services.

1. Using our services
Awakening Earth provides radio broadcasts, music, podcasts, editorial content, educational material and community features. Some features may require registration or an internet connection.
Please use our services lawfully and respectfully. You must not interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person’s account.
2. Accounts and security
If you create an account, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and providing accurate information where required. Do not share your password with anyone.
Accounts may be restricted or suspended where necessary to address security issues, unlawful activity or serious breaches of these terms. You may request permanent account deletion using our Account Deletion page.
3. Community and chat
We welcome thoughtful, respectful conversation. Harassment, threats, discrimination, impersonation, spam, illegal content and violations of another person’s privacy are not permitted.
Do not publish private information, photographs or recordings of another person without appropriate permission. We may moderate or remove content and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the community or comply with the law.

4. Your content
You retain ownership of original material you submit, subject to any rights belonging to other people.
When you submit content to a public community feature, you give Awakening Earth permission to host, display and technically process that content as necessary to operate and moderate the feature.
This permission does not automatically authorise separate podcast publication, commercial music licensing, syndication or radio rebroadcast. Those uses require appropriate additional permission.
5. Radio, podcasts and music
Radio streams, podcasts, music and other creative works may be protected by copyright and related rights. Personal listening does not grant permission to redistribute, reupload, rebroadcast or commercially exploit the material.
Availability of live radio, recordings and external streams may change, including for technical, licensing or scheduling reasons.
6. Wellbeing and educational content
Our articles, discussions, music and wellbeing practices are provided for general information, reflection and education. They are not a substitute for individual medical, psychological, financial or other regulated professional advice.
7. Third-party services
Some features may use external streaming, messaging, authentication, hosting or payment services. Their own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
8. Paid services
If paid subscriptions, downloads, courses or other products are offered, the relevant price, access conditions and applicable cancellation or refund information should be presented before purchase. Your statutory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
9. Privacy and deletion

10. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as services develop. Significant changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Applicable UK law and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
