Delete your Awakening Earth account
This page explains how to request account and associated personal data deletion for Awakening Earth Radio and other Awakening Earth services that provide user accounts, including community and chat features.
You can make this request even if you have uninstalled the app or can no longer log in.
How to request deletion
- Use the button below to open an email addressed to Awakening Earth.
- Tell us that you want your Awakening Earth account permanently deleted.
- Include the email address or username associated with the account, if you know it.
- We may contact you to verify that the account belongs to you before deleting it.

Alternatively, email [email protected] with the subject Awakening Earth Radio Account Deletion.
Never send us your password, authentication codes or identity documents with your initial request.
What will be deleted?
When an account deletion request is verified and processed, we will delete the account and associated personal data under our control, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Depending on the services used, this may include:
- Account registration details and associated profile information.
- Account access credentials or authentication records controlled by Awakening Earth.
- Account-linked preferences, settings and other personal records held on our systems.
- Associated messages, uploads or contributions to the extent they are within our control and eligible for removal.
What information might remain?
Some information may need to be retained where justified by a legal obligation, security requirement, fraud prevention or another applicable legal exception. Such records will be limited to what is necessary and retained only for the relevant purpose and period.
Content already received, copied or independently retained by other users or external messaging services may not always be removable from those independent systems. Where relevant, we will explain these limitations when handling your request.
Residual copies in backups may remain until the applicable backup retention cycle ends. These are not intended for continued account use.
How long does it take?
We aim to handle verified deletion requests without undue delay. We will normally respond within one calendar month, in accordance with applicable UK data protection requirements. If more time or information is legitimately needed, we will explain why.
Other services and subscriptions
If you use independent third-party accounts or subscriptions, deleting your Awakening Earth account may not delete those separate accounts or cancel third-party billing arrangements. Contact us if you need help identifying the relevant service.
